![]() ![]() Why? My stim tolerance has gone up too quickly. TL DR - First day ever taking ephedrine and 50mg+600mg caffeine did nothing. Really don't want to end my cut without cracking single digits. I've felt super tired and unmotivated for the last 10 days and it's likely not because of too few calories as my weight has remained stagnant. About a month ago a DXA scan pegged me 11.9% body fat and I've lost 2lb since so I imagine this is accurate). Other notes: I always get plenty of rest and I keep rigorous track of calories (TDEE = 2300 for 150lb male 10% body fat who works out 2-3 times/week, try to average 1950cal/day for a rate of 0.7lb lost per week. I wanted to immediately bump it to 75mg+600mg caffeine my first day but felt that was probably a bit reckless and I should ask my bros on the forum, who are all medical professionals, before I do. Didn't feel warm or increased heart rate as expected. Felt really sluggish and wanted to take a nap so I lied on the couch for an hour. Didn't notice anything so two hours later took another 25mg ephedrine + ~400mg caffeine + 85mg aspirin. ![]() Got some Bronkaid and started off this morning with 25mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine. Fast-forward a week and taking 600mg caffeine + 400mg Teacrine + 2.0g L-Tyrosine + 5g yohimbine does very little for my energy levels. A little over a week ago I had a day where I took 600mg caffeine + 300mg Teacrine + 1.5g L-Tyrosine and I felt fantastic, super wired all day to the point where it was a little too much and I felt I should tone down the dosage (which I did). My issue is that I seem to have developed a tolerance much more quickly than anticipated or is normal (based off my reading about the various supplements). My plan has been to gradually throw in more supps as I get lower and save the more addictive stuff til the last few weeks before I cut them all out and start a bulk. just ECĮdit 2: I am not a medical professional and all my advice is from personal experience only.I'm trying to burn through the last 2-4 weeks of my cut. Any questions, just ask ITT (in this thread)Įdit: also dont take Aspirin, heard nothing but bad things about it. As for me, I take a PWO, yohimbe, and my morning coffee on top of EC and im fine, sometimes I feel my heart racing but thats about it. ![]() I think its ok, again its dependent on each body, everyone is different, some people are stim sensitive, some arent. The results are through the roof and you will see results if your diet is in check which it already should be.Īs for other intakes of caffeine and other stims. Since then, I've been researching the hell out of it and taking it much more seriously now. (i got sent to the hospital for this exact reason because of EC). Because it makes you INSANELY thirsty and this can dilute your sodium, potassium and sugar levels in your blood. Its a diuretic so make sure to drink lots of water and get enough salt, potassium and sugar so you dont get hypoglycoma (read many cases of this). Take it seriously and listen to your body, is the #1 piece of advice I can give you. All depending on how you feel your body is responding. I would personally start for the first few days dosing with half a bronkaid pill and a full caffeine pill a day, then slowly work up to a pill of E and C a day, then once you assess tolerance do x3 a day. its 60 pills for $15, i think every pill has 19.5mg of E in it then also get 200mg caffeine pills. As far as dosing, go to a rite aid/cvs/walgreens and get bronkaid. I usually take a few days off from all supplements once a month or every other month, just to give my body a break. The only reason why i would suggest cycling it is to give your body a break. How many of you guys have tried the ECA stack (Ephedrine, Caffeine, and Aspirin) for fat loss Heard that the dosing for this is 24mg Ephedrine, 200mg. I do not cycle it and have read from multiple threads you dont need to cycle it. I found out from the WNBF/INBF that 7 Keto DHEA is not a banned substance, so I have decided to try it. I've been taking ec on/off for a few years now (had a year break) and usually just take it everyday. Heres some info from my personal experience. ![]()
